- THIS PRODUCT IS NOT COMPATIBLE WITH HOUGE GRIPS.
- The Storm Grip backstrap changes the grip angle on the Glock 17/34 to mimic a 1911.
- This product may increase the chance of slide bite.
- The Storm Grip backstrap is held in place via double-sided foam tape for easy assembly.
- This product is akin to getting a grip reduction. However, instead of shaving down the hump at the bottom of the grip, this product fills the dip at the top of the grip.
The Glock 48/43X Storm Grip backstrap is intended for everyday carry. If your Glock naturally points high, this product should help it point more naturally. This backstrap also pushes the hand further away from the trigger. For those with long fingers or big hands, who get too much finger on the trigger, this product will help. Because this product pushes the hand back slightly, it may increase the chance of slide bite for shooters with meatier hands. *Please use it at your own risk. *
The Standard and Short Beavertail options are mostly identical except for the beavertail.
The Beavertail Long Size is slightly thicker than the Standard and Short sizes.
This 3D printed part is made from 20% carbon fiber reinforced nylon. This makes the backstrap incredibly light (weighing in at only 0.2 oz), while still being surprisingly durable.
